ReplyDeleteDear Advay's Mom, We thought this was super cool that you replied to our question and challenged us with a hard rounding problem. We came to mixed answers because some forgot to carry over the 1,000. We had a mini lesson on this and realized that the answer is 11,000 even though we are not rounding to the nearest thousand. So, the answer is 11,000! Thanks for commenting :)
